I Added some rank images.

The microchip, 15, and 25 rank images are still under beta I guess. IDK if I like them. Forum staff (Admins and Mods) rank images are still under development.

Ranks go as follows:

1-4 posts -Who Are You?

5-14 post- microchip

15-24 posts - 15MB/s

25-49 posts - 25MB/s

50+ posts - Been On The Forums For a While
