| I have a problem on my Vista pc. When it starts, explorer doesn't load up so I have to start it myself. Does anyone know howto fix it?  | |

| I had this issue with Windows XP...
I did Ctrl + Alt + Del
then choose task manager on Vista,
and then i clicked the New Task... button on the bottom.
Then i clicked Browse...
Then go to the directory: C:/Windows
find the explorer and click open...
but on XP it kept screwing me up, and i eventually re-installed XP.. and now i replaced XP with Vista, and haven't had an issue! | |

your probably going to have to re-install Vista, is my best bet... | |

| Do you still have your operating system disk? If so, you can re-install vista onto your computer and there you have it. | |

| Or, if you created a restore point, you could restore your computer from that? | |

| try adding explorer.exe to the start up folder? | |
