| oh man those were the days. trying to listen to a cd player on a road trip was nearly impossible with all the bumps. your touch actually skipped? my zune goes and plays songs at an accelerated speed at times. | |

| I don't know if it's even possible for things like iPods and mp3 players to even "skip." It could have been some other factor, but what? It could have been a problem with the song, but you would obviously have heard it multiple times.  | |

| This happened on an old iPod Nano 1st Gen I had. It was multiple songs, and I had to restore the iPod, never was sure what the problem was.  | |

| yeah Cd players would skip all the time! Also they were way to big and you would have to carry a lot of cds if you wanted to hear a lot of songs. | |
