How do I make vista themes?

Does anyone know how to make Vista themes?

I don't think you can make any, but you can download third party programs like Windows Blinds to have a theme over the default Windows theme.

I know how to make themes on XP but that's only but Vista MIGHT be like XP on that.

Actually easier then you think.

You wll need:
A image editor
Resource hacker
A cracked uxtheme, and somthing else I can not remember.
The theme you wish to edit.

First you ned a standard theme to edit. This is so you can just change the style wrather then spend ages doing coding. Then download and install vistaglaz this will mod our ux theme(and that thing i can not remember) Next just load the theme into resource hacker and mod it. I would give a detailed explanation but it could be to compliciated.

Like you have to download certain programs then once you do you have to use your own knowledge of entering codes?

perhaps that's what photoshopdud3 meant... it's
really a hard thing to do,, i have been searching a
lot of sites about making vista themes and it is so true
that it need to download several applications to do
such thing...
